The Atmosphere in HÖST RESTAURANT, COPENHAGEN, Denmark,by Norm Architects
Learning from Mies Van Der Rohe “less is more”, Danish firm Norm Architects and design house Menu have created in Copenhagen Höst, a cozy space rooted in the Scandinavian tradition.
The dinnerware was created especially for Höst by Norm and Menu, following a minimalist and rustic vision, including white, blue and grey pieces.
The restaurant, with a rural and modern design, features industrial lights, windows from an old hospital, along with green plants and woolen blankets, that give a softer touch to the place.
